She will not claim BAMBA quality-assessed status the Guild does not hold.

The certificate states that the Guild is not a BAMBA quality-assessed training organisation. A pass is assessed teaching. It is not BAMBA-registered teacher status.

What is Nina Okada's mindfulness-teaching background?

Nina completed an eight-week MBSR as a participant, then teacher training, and has run groups for twelve years. She is not on the BAMBA register, and she chose that omission for this product: the programme must not borrow a professional body's name. Facilitation of short practices is a different Guild course. This one is longer. It is still not BAMBA.

Will Nina Okada's programme put you on the BAMBA register?

No. BAMBA registration requires training with a quality-assessed affiliate organisation, supervised teaching of courses, personal practice and the body's own standards. The Guild is not that organisation. If NHS or commissioned work will check BAMBA, start from BAMBA's lists. Observed eight-week teaching here is still a better buy than a weekend PDF.
