Confirmed factual errors are listed here with the date, the URL and what changed. We do not invent a correction to look busy, and we do not hide one to look perfect. This log is empty because no correction has been confirmed yet — not because we claim the site is error-free.

Why is there no score yet?
There is no count of corrections because none have been filed and verified. Rendering "zero errors found" from an empty log would be a negative claim built from missing data. The honest empty state is this paragraph, plus a way to report a mistake.
