£49 a month for every live Study Guild cohort, the practitioner community and quarterly evidence reviews. Cancel any time and keep the credentials you earned.
Honest positioning: if you only want one programme, buy it outright — it costs less. Compare both options. Membership is for people who intend to keep training.
What is included
Every live cohort
Enrol on any of our 25 programmes while your membership is active, subject to places. Same tutors, same marking, same credential.
Assessment and marking
Your work is marked by the named tutor against the published rubric, with one free resubmission — exactly as for a one-off purchase.
The practitioner community
Organised by subject rather than one undifferentiated group, so a question about referral boundaries reaches people who deal with them.
Quarterly evidence reviews
A live session per subject reviewing what has actually changed — new guidance, new tooling, retracted claims. This is the part that keeps training from going stale.
Practitioner directory
Once you have passed one programme you can list yourself in our public directory, with your assessed credentials shown.
What is not included
- A guaranteed seat on a full cohort — caps apply to members too
- One-to-one coaching or private supervision
- Professional indemnity insurance, which you arrange yourself
- Any right to practise a regulated profession
Membership questions
Can I really enrol on any cohort?
Any cohort with a place available, yes. Cohorts stay capped for members exactly as they are for one-off buyers, because the cap is what makes them work. If a cohort is full you join the waitlist for the next one.
Is membership cheaper than buying programmes individually?
Only if you take more than one a year. For a single programme, buying it outright is better value and we would rather say so. Membership makes sense if you intend to keep training, or if you want the community and the ongoing reviews.
What happens to my credentials if I cancel?
You keep every credential you have already earned, permanently. They record an assessment you passed, so cancelling a subscription cannot undo them. You lose access to future cohorts and the community.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes, once per twelve months for up to three months, which covers most of the reasons people would otherwise cancel. Mid-programme pauses are not possible because your cohort continues without you.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Monthly membership is monthly — cancel whenever you like and it ends at the close of the current billing period. The annual option is paid up front and is non-refundable after 14 days.
