Competitors in this market display star ratings assembled from very few reviews. Our code will not let us: no aggregate rating is emitted below 5 genuine reviews, and the function that builds it returns nothing until then.
How we handle reviews
Collected independently
Gathered through a third-party platform so we cannot filter which ones appear. Reviews we collect ourselves are labelled as such, so you can discount them accordingly.
Published unedited, including the bad ones
A page of uniformly excellent reviews is evidence of curation, not quality. Critical reviews appear alongside the rest.
Never incentivised
No discounts, prize entries or gifts in exchange for a review. A paid-for review is worth nothing to someone deciding whether to trust us.
Tied to a real cohort
Every review names the programme and the cohort it came from. A review that cannot be tied to a real delivery is not published.
No rating markup below 5 reviews
Enforced in code rather than by policy. The function that builds rating structured data returns nothing until the threshold is met, so it cannot be published early by accident.
Going first should come with something
Enrolling before anyone has reviewed us carries real risk, so founding members get more protection rather than a lower price. We will not discount — that would mean everyone who joins later pays more for the same thing.
- A 30-day full refund window instead of the standard 14 — withdraw any time in the first month
- Your programme price locked for as long as you stay a member, including future increases
- Direct input into the curriculum between sessions, and we act on it mid-cohort
- Priority listing in the practitioner directory when it opens
We ask founding members to leave an honest independent review at the end — good or bad. It is a request, not a condition, and it is never tied to your refund rights.

The things you can check today: the tutors’ credentials, the published assessment rubric on each programme page, and whether we are straight about what a credential does and does not entitle you to. The free masterclasses exist partly so you can judge the teaching before paying for it.
