# Menopause red flags every coach must know

A free 60-minute live masterclass with Dr Amara Okafor on the menopause symptoms that require medical referral, and how to raise them with a client.

## What is this masterclass?

A free 60-minute live session where an NHS menopause specialist GP walks through the symptoms that require medical referral rather than coaching. It runs once, live, with time for questions, and is recorded for anyone who registers but cannot attend on the night.


## Who should attend this session?

Coaches, wellness practitioners, personal trainers and workplace wellbeing leads who already work with women in midlife, plus anyone seriously considering menopause coaching as a career. No clinical background is assumed at any point, and nothing at all is sold to you during the hour itself.


## Why is this free?

Two honest reasons. It is the cheapest way for us to prove that our tutors are real specialists rather than presenters reading a script. And a practitioner who cannot recognise a red flag is a genuine safety problem, so the content should not sit behind a paywall.


There is a commercial motive too and we would rather name it than pretend otherwise: some people
who attend will go on to enrol on the paid programme.

What we will not do is spend the hour selling. The session is taught content with a question and
answer segment, and the programme is mentioned once at the end.


## Common questions

**Will this be recorded?**

Yes. Everyone who registers gets the recording within 24 hours, whether or not they attend live. Registering purely for the recording is completely fine.

**Is this a sales webinar?**

No. It is 50 minutes of taught content, 10 minutes of questions, and one mention of the paid programme at the end. If that is not what you get, tell us and we will say so publicly.

**Do I need to be a coach already?**

No. About a third of attendees are considering the career rather than already in it. The content assumes no clinical or coaching background.

**Will I get a certificate?**

No. It is a one-hour session with no assessment, so a certificate would be meaningless. Our paid programmes are assessed and those credentials record a marked pass.
