# The AI tools that quietly fail professional standards

A free 60-minute live masterclass on assessing AI tools against UK client confidentiality and professional obligations, taught by a chartered accountant.

## What is this masterclass?

A free 60-minute live session in which a chartered accountant demonstrates how to assess an AI tool against UK confidentiality and professional obligations. It is practical rather than theoretical: we work through real vendor terms on screen and produce an assessment record.


## Who is this session for?

Accountants, solicitors, bookkeepers and compliance leads in UK practice who are being asked to approve AI tools, or who strongly suspect their team is already using them informally without telling anyone. No technical background is required at any point and nothing in the session involves writing code.


## Why is this free?

Because the assessment method is not the valuable part of our paid programme — the assessed workflow redesign is. Giving away the method costs us little and demonstrably helps firms who will never buy anything from us, which is a reasonable trade.


## Is this legal or compliance advice?

No, and it cannot be. The session teaches a method for assessing tools against your own obligations. Whether a specific tool is acceptable in your firm is a decision for your compliance lead or regulator, and we say so during the session rather than in small print.


## Common questions

**Will this be recorded?**

Yes, and everyone who registers receives it within 24 hours. It runs at lunchtime deliberately, but plenty of people register only for the recording.

**Will you recommend specific tools?**

We demonstrate current tools on screen, including ones we think fail the test. We do not maintain a recommended list, because it would be out of date within months and the method will not be.

**Does this count towards CPD?**

You may be able to record it as informal CPD depending on your body's rules — most UK professional bodies allow self-directed learning. We provide an attendance record on request. We do not claim it as structured CPD.
